Jam Forge helps game jam creators turn a theme into a finishable concept before the idea gets too big.

Choose a theme, time budget, team size, skill level, engine, tone, and constraints. Jam Forge produces a compact brief with a game title, one-line pitch, core loop, three mechanics, scope risk rating, a "cut first" suggestion, MVP checklist, scaled development plan, asset list, stretch goals, and a starter itch.io page draft.

It is built for small teams, students, solo developers, and anyone trying to keep a jam idea from becoming too large. The default generator runs fully offline using local templates and rules, so it works without an account, server, or API key.

Optional AI mode is available for users who provide their own API key and endpoint. If the request fails, Jam Forge falls back to the offline generator.
